معايير و صعوبات نشر المقالات العلمية في المجلات العلمية المحكمة من وجهة نظر الأساتذة الجامعيين وطلبة الدكتوراه

ملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن المعايير المعتمدة من طرف المجلات العلمية المحكمة لنشر الدرسات العلمية وكذا الصعوبات التي تواجه الباحثين وطلبة الدكتوراه لقبول ونشر أعمالهم في المجلات المحكمة، حيث تعد الكتابة العلمية من أهم دعائم البحث العلمي و وسيلة الباحث في تبادل الحقائق العلمية مع جمهور القراء للاستفادة من الدراسات و الأبحاث في مختلف التخصصات. وتعد المقالة العلمية إحدى أهم الكتابات العلمية و التي لها خصوصيات و شروط و معايير في إعدادها، فهي ليست جمع معلومات متعلقة بمسألة معينة في تخصص معين و ترتيبها وتقديمها للقراء، وإنما هي عمل يظهر فيه الباحث التعبير، و التفسير والتحليل، وقد استخدم الباحثان أداة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات حول الموضوع لعينة قدرها 60 باحث وطالب دكتوراه وتم تحديد المعايير والصعوبات من وجهة نظر الباحثين والتي ركز أغلبها في الجانب الشكلي للمقالات العلمية ، تم جودة المحتوى العلمي.

Abstract:
This Study Aimed To Look For The Criteria Adopted By The Scientific Journals To Publish Scientific Studies As Well As The Difficulties Faced By Researchers And Doctoral Students To Accept And See Their Work In The Court Journals, Where Scientific Writing Is One Of The Most Important Pillars Of Scientific Research And The Means Of The Researcher In Exchanging Scientific Facts With The Readership To Benefit From Studies And Research In Various Disciplines. The Scientific Article Is One Of The Most Important Scientific Writings, Which Have Peculiarities, Conditions And Criteria In Its Preparation, It Is Not The Collection Of Information Related To A Particular Issue In A Particular Specialty And Arrange And Presented To Readers, But It Is A Work In Which The Researcher Shows Expression, Interpretation And Analysis, The Researchers Used The Questionnaire Tool To Collect Information On The Subject From A Sample Of 60 Researchers And Doctoral Students, And The Criteria And Difficulties Were Identified From The Point Of View Of Researchers, The Most Important Of Which Focused In The Formal Aspect Of Scientific Articles, The Quality Of Scientific Content.
