Abstract
This Research Aims To Shed Light On The Development Of The Educational Pedagogies Adopted In Algeria Since The Dawn Of Independence, And The Extent Of The Effectiveness Of The Transactional Linguistic Approach In Teaching Languages In General And The Arabic Language In Particular, Given That It Responds To The Concepts Of The Competency Approach Adopted In Our Schools, And The Most Important Mechanisms Adopted In Acquiring The Language And Using It In Communication. Humanitarian. We Have Concluded That The Application Of The Transactional Linguistic Approach In The Field Of Teaching The Arabic Language Has Become Inevitable At The Present Time, Especially In Light Of Enhancing Communication And The Use Of The Language Individually And Collectively At The Same Time, And According To Modern Mechanisms That Rely On Arguments And Persuasion Aimed At Influencing The Opposing Party, Which Requires... Learn The Language In Order To Use It Individually In The Living World To Achieve General And Specific Goals.
