أثـر اعتمــاد نظــام التعــاقــد الخــارجـــي لأنشطـــة الإمـــداد علـــى أداء المؤسســة من مدخـــل: التكلفـــة، آجـــال التسليــم و جـــودة الخـدمــة (دراسة ميدانيـة على مجموعـة من المؤسسات الصنـاعية بــالجزائـــر)
Abstract
سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر اعتماد التعاقد الخارجي لأنشطة الإمداد على أداء عينة من المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية، و هذا من ناحية التكلفة، أجال التسليم و جودة الخدمة. و ذلك بتطبيق المنهج الاستكشافي لاختبار مقترحاتنا على الميدان باستخدام أداة الاستبانة. و قد خلصت نتائج الدراسة التي تم التوصل إليها في التعاقد الخارجي لأنشطة الإمداد أن عينة المؤسسات محل الدراسة تلجأ إلى التجارب المماثلة للمؤسسات الأوروبية و الأمريكية للتعاقد الخارجي بفضل مكاسب الأداء التي تجنيها في العناصر الثلاث: التكلفة، آجال التسليم و جودة الخدمة.
