Abstract

This study aimed to address the issue of the reality of technophobia among human resources in light of the digital transformation (a field study at the level of Tamanghasset University libraries). The field study was conducted on Tamanghasset University library workers, where the study population represented (35) library workers. Descriptive analytical and statistical packages In the process of analyzing and unpacking data through the statistical package program "SPSS" version 20, the results of measuring the hypotheses of the study concluded the following:

- There are statistically significant differences between the work environment and technophobia among human resources in the libraries of the University of Tamanghasset due to the variable of formation and thus accepting the hypothesis based on it in favor of the two components.

- There are no statistically significant differences in the problems of the digital environment in human resources in the libraries of the University of Tamanghasset due to the scientific level variable.

- There is a high level of knowledge and behavior towards modern technology among human resources in the libraries of the University of Tamanrasset, and thus accepting the hypothesis stemming from it at a high level.

Finally, the study attempted to come up with a number of proposals, the most important of which is the need to seek to generalize the measurement of levels of technophobia in the university community and to treat it through training for the success of the desired digital transformation.
