Abstract

 The Study Aimed To Know The Cultural Practices Of University Youth In Light Of The Technological Development Of Media And Communication And The Extent Of The Impact Of The Use Of Social Networking Sites On University Students In Keeping Up With Fashion And Acquiring New Values. The Study Was Conducted At The Faculty Of Social Sciences At Laghouat University On A Sample Of University Students Represented By 124 Individuals. We Used The Electronic Questionnaire Tool And The Descriptive Approach To Analyze And Interpret The Results. The Study Also Concluded That Social Networking Sites Contributed To University Youth Acquiring New Cultural Patterns Belonging To The World Of Fashion As A Result Of Virtual Interaction Through New Media, The Most Famous Of Which Is The Instagram Site, Which Assists In Electronic Marketing For Youth.
