Abstract

Terminological Studies Are The Focus Of Attention Of Researchers, As They Are The Ideal Approach To Taking Care Of The Language Of Scientific Research, And Clarifying Scientific Terminology Is One Of The Tasks Of Scholars, As The Key To Any Science Is Its Terminology, And According To It Communication And Communication Take Place Between People Of The Same Specialty.

Al-Baradi Is One Of The Scholars Of The Ninth Century AH, Who Understood The Importance Of Being Familiar With Scientific Terminology, Emphasizing Taking Care Of It. He Wrote His Book “Risalat Al-Hqayiq” Which Is Concerned With Defining And Clarifying Terminology. It Is A Reference For Researchers In Controlling Concepts And Clarifying Perceptions.

This Scientific Study Aims To Highlight The Most Important Mechanisms That Al-Baradi Relied On In Defining Legal Terms, Based On This Problem: What Are The Mechanisms For Defining Legal Terms According To Al-Bradi In His Book “Risalat Al-Hqayiq”? Adopting The Inductive, Descriptive And Analytical Approach To Extract The Foundations On Which He Based His Definitions Of Terms.

The Study Concluded That Al-Baradi Took A Distinct Approach In Arranging Terms, According To The Priority In Seeking Knowledge For Those Who Want To Delve Deeper Into The Arts Of Forensic Sciences, And That He Adopted Multiple Mechanisms In Defining Terms, Highlighting His Scientific Opinion Regarding Them By Discussion, Correction, And Weighting.
